On Monday morning, a significant fire broke out involving two rescue boats in the Canton area of Baltimore. The incident occurred around 11 a.m. near the 200 block of S. Clinton Street.
Responding to the scene, Baltimore City Fire crews found the boats fully engulfed in flames. The intensity of the fire prompted the activation of a two-alarm response to ensure adequate resources were available to manage the situation.
Firefighters worked diligently to bring the blaze under control, and fortunately, there were no injuries reported as a result of the incident. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
