Former Baltimore County Paramedic Faces Plea Deal Deadline in Contamination Case

BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md. — A former paramedic with the Baltimore County Fire Department, Christopher Carroll, is facing a crucial decision regarding a plea deal related to serious allegations of misconduct.

Carroll, 36, was arrested in February following a criminal investigation that began in November 2025. He is accused of tampering with items that led to his coworkers unknowingly ingesting his bodily fluids.

According to a spokesperson from the Baltimore County State's Attorney's Office, if Carroll accepts the plea deal, he would receive a 30-year sentence, with 20 years suspended. His decision on whether to accept the deal must be made by August 21.

The investigation commenced after a supervisor within the fire department reported suspicious activities involving Carroll. This led to the discovery of an X account belonging to him, under the username "TattedVersDaddy," where videos were found that depicted Carroll in explicit situations.

Some of these videos allegedly showed Carroll engaging in acts that would result in contamination of food and drink items used by his colleagues. Notably, one video showed him urinating into an ice maker, which was later confirmed by 16 employees who had consumed ice from it.

In addition to the ice maker incident, Carroll is accused of ejaculating into a container of coffee creamer and onto a coworker's keyboard. He faces a total of 23 charges, including destruction of property and endangering others by causing them to ingest bodily fluids.

If Carroll declines the plea deal, the case will proceed to trial.
