Henderson-Hopkins Employee Charged with Child Pornography

BALTIMORE — An employee at Henderson-Hopkins has been charged with child pornography offenses. The individual, identified as Jonah Askew, reportedly had a relationship with a teenage girl.

According to charging documents, the victim informed investigators that their relationship included consensual sexual encounters, during which nude photographs were exchanged.

After the relationship ended, Askew allegedly uploaded these explicit images to an adult website. The victim, who was between the ages of 15 and 20 at the time the videos were recorded, reported the incident to the police following harassment from Askew on social media.

She stated that Askew did not have her consent to post any of the content online. Law enforcement was able to remove the material and traced the IP address back to Askew's residence.

Baltimore City Public Schools has issued a statement regarding the situation, emphasizing their commitment to the safety and well-being of students.
