Baltimore Police are asking for assistance from the community in identifying six individuals implicated in the assault and attempted robbery of a 74-year-old man outside a 7-Eleven store.
The incident occurred early on July 7 at approximately 3:46 a.m. in the 2500 block of Liberty Heights Avenue, situated in the Liberty Square neighborhood of north Baltimore.
According to police reports, the suspects are described as younger males. Surveillance footage of the incident has been released, showing one suspect brandishing a gray assault-style rifle while another wielded a sword. The video captures the suspects throwing objects at the elderly victim during the attack.
