The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) has initiated an investigation following a shooting incident that occurred in the Northwest District.

On June 19, at around 7:26 p.m., officers from the Northwest District were dispatched to a local hospital after receiving reports of a shooting victim arriving on foot.

Upon arrival, law enforcement officials found a 27-year-old man who had sustained a gunshot wound. Fortunately, the injury was determined to be non-life-threatening.

According to preliminary findings, the shooting took place on the 2400 block of Loyola Northway.
