Trump's comments come in response to remarks made by New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani, who indicated that his administration's legal department is exploring the possibility of arresting Netanyahu should he enter the city. During a recent podcast appearance, Mamdani reiterated his belief that Netanyahu should be held accountable for his actions, stating, "I believe that Prime Minister Netanyahu belongs in The Hague.
