Job Description:

This position will assist the head men’s basketball coach with management, operations and recruiting for the men’s basketball program.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with team practice planning, game strategy and player development.

  • Assist with travel logistics.

  • Assist preparing scout material and conducting scout meetings.

  • Assist recruiting the best athletes within institution, conference and NCAA guidelines.

  • Be aware and maintain a safe and healthy environment for the student-athlete.

  • Knowledge of NCAA rules and guidelines regarding Division I basketball recruiting and coaching

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 2 years coaching experience

  • Valid state driver's license

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Division I coaching experience
