We are seeking a motivated, bilingual Restaurant Manager (Mandarin & English) to join our leadership team and help drive operational excellence.

Position Summary
The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise team members, ensure excellent customer service, manage food quality and safety standards, and help drive sales and profitability.
This position is ideal for candidates with experience from fast-paced restaurant environments such as seafood restaurants, casual dining, quick-service restaurants, or brands such as Panda Express, Chipotle, Chick-fil-A, or similar operations.
Responsibilities
Operations Management
Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations
Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and customer service standards are met
Monitor labor costs, food costs, and restaurant profitability
Maintain compliance with health department and food safety regulations
Manage opening and closing procedures
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, coach, and develop restaurant staff
Create employee schedules and manage labor efficiency
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching
Foster a positive and professional work environment
Guest Experience
Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
Build strong relationships with customers and the local community
Ensure every guest receives exceptional service
Sales & Business Growth
Support local marketing initiatives and special events
Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities for improvement
Help execute promotional campaigns and community outreach programs
Qualifications
Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English (Required) for corporate Level communication.
Previous restaurant management or assistant management experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and labor management
Experience with scheduling, inventory control, and team development preferred
