The Billing & Collections Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of billing and accounts receivable staff within the Revenue Cycle department. This role supports timely and accurate claim processing, follow-up, and collections for mental health services. The Supervisor ensures staff productivity, monitors account work queues, assists with issue resolution, and helps maintain compliance with payer requirements and hospital policies. The Supervisor works closely with the Billing & Collections Manager to support cash flow goals, reduce accounts receivable days, and improve collection outcomes.
