As a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) you are responsible for the timely completion of functional behavioral assessments and behavioral intervention plans on all children assigned to the Autism program, prepare Positive Behavior Support and Management Plans, train staff in their administration, and reassess and revise plans as needed. The Sheppard Pratt School in Hunt Valley is a year round program that offers students with emotional, behavioral, and intellectual disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder, the low staff-to-student ratio and individual attention needed to help them thrive.
