Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist members and guests in a friendly, professional manner
Supervise front desk staff and ensure smooth shift operations
Handle member check-ins, inquiries, and membership sign-ups
Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk and lobby area
Monitor and resolve customer service issues promptly
Assist in opening or closing procedures as needed
