Internship (Sheppard Pratt Rehab and Recovery, Assertive Community Treatment) 2026-2027 Social Work BSW Fieldwork

Sheppard Pratt Rehabilitation and Recovery, Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) is an evidence-based practice model provides treatment, rehabilitation and support to individuals who are diagnosed with a severe mental illness and whose needs have not been well met by more traditional mental health service. The ACT team provides services directly to an individual that are tailored to meet client specific needs. The Sheppard Pratt ACT team in Columbia serves adults ages 18 years and older who live in Howard County.
