Human Services related degree or past direct care or related experience strongly preferred.
As a Mental Worker you are expected to work 40 hours/week between the hours of 7:00 am to 3:30pm and 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, with biweekly weekends. The Retreat at Sheppard Pratt consists of a 22-bed residential program nationally renowned for expert care. The Retreat is designed for patients seeking a comprehensive evaluation and intensive treatment experience in a psychotherapeutic milieu, unencumbered by the payment policies of third parties in order to give our residents a chance to make meaningful progress toward recovery.
