Duties
Operate heavy equipment such as Pavor,Roller, and Bobcat to prepare and move materials efficiently on construction sites
Assist with asphalt, pouring, finishing, and forming to ensure a smooth, durable surface
Use Bobcat equipment to deliver asphalt accurately to designated areas
Install rebar reinforcement and perform rebar installation to strengthen paved surfaces
Conduct paving activities including spreading asphalt to specifications while maintaining quality standards
Support the setup and operation of construction machinery, ensuring mechanical knowledge is applied for optimal performance
Follow safety protocols during all operations and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Requirements
Prior experience working on construction sites with familiarity in paving projects preferred
Ability to operate heavy machinery such as paver, loaders, and dump trucks safely and effectively
Knowledge of asphalt mixing, pouring, finishing techniques, asphalt forming processes
Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues quickly on-site
Strong physical stamina to perform demanding tasks including lifting, standing, and operating machinery for extended periods
Basic understanding of construction safety standards and protocols

Pay: $150.00 - $300.00 per day
