The incident occurred around 3 a.m. on the 2500 block of Liberty Heights Avenue, where a 64-year-old man was approached by a group of unknown male suspects.

According to the Baltimore Police Department, the suspects were dressed in dark clothing and wearing masks. They confronted the victim and demanded his belongings. When he refused to comply, they assaulted him and then fled the scene on foot without taking anything.

The victim was transported to a local hospital, where he is being treated for non-life-threatening injuries. The investigation into the incident is ongoing, and police are urging anyone with information to come forward.
