Baltimore County Fire Vehicle Rolls Over in Pikesville Emergency Response

PIKESVILLE, Md. — A vehicle belonging to the Baltimore County Fire Department was involved in a rollover accident on Tuesday while en route to an emergency situation.

The incident occurred at the intersection of Reisterstown Road and Naylors Lane, where fire crews were responding to a reported motor vehicle collision that had already resulted in a rollover.

As a result of the crash, one firefighter and a civilian were taken to a local hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening, according to officials.

Following the accident, authorities closed Reisterstown Road in both directions between Naylors Lane and Interstate 695. The road has since been reopened.

Drivers in the area were advised to seek alternate routes due to traffic delays caused by the incident. At this time, no additional information regarding the cause of the rollover has been made available.
