Baltimore County Paramedic Faces Investigation Over Disturbing Allegations

A paramedic from the Baltimore County Fire Department is currently the subject of an investigation related to allegations of inappropriate behavior both at work and at home. Christopher M. Carroll, 37, testified in a Harford County District Court hearing that he was merely being 'artistic' when he created and shared explicit videos, which included footage filmed at his workplace.

During the hearing, Carroll denied claims from his estranged wife that he had contaminated family items, including urinating on food and filming himself engaging in sexual acts with personal belongings such as a toothbrush and mouthwash. He asserted that the items in question did not belong to anyone else and described the videos as scripted and part of a role play.

The investigation has garnered attention after Carroll's wife filed a protection order against him, alleging disturbing acts that included filming himself inappropriately using her personal items. Carroll acknowledged he produced content for subscriber-only pornography websites as well as free social media platforms.

While Carroll has not been officially named by authorities, sources indicate that both the Baltimore County Fire Department and the local police are looking into the allegations of workplace misconduct. These claims include accusations of urinating and ejaculating on fire equipment and food items at various fire stations.

As the investigation unfolds, Baltimore County Fire Chief Joseph Dixon has confirmed that the employee is not currently working. In light of the allegations, the department has initiated a thorough cleaning of all fire stations, including sanitizing high-touch surfaces and appliances.

Carroll's wife, who has filed for divorce, was granted a protective order that requires him to maintain distance from their family home for one year. The court proceedings have highlighted the troubling nature of the allegations against Carroll, with the investigation expected to continue as authorities gather more information.
