Baltimore's Recreation and Parks Department has announced that only a limited number of swimming pools will be open on Saturday, July 18, due to ongoing concerns about air quality.

The following park pools will operate during two time slots: from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM:

  • Druid Hill Park
  • Clifton Park
  • Cherry Hill Splash Park
  • Patterson Park

Additionally, the neighborhood pools will have different hours, opening from noon to 3:30 PM and then from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM:

  • C.C. Jackson
  • Coldstream
  • Greater Model
  • Towanda
  • Walter P. Carter

The department emphasized its commitment to the health and safety of both staff and community members during this air quality event, expressing gratitude for the public's understanding.
