BALTIMORE — The Baltimore Police Department has reported that the remains of a 72-year-old woman, who had been missing for over a week, were found in the Barclay neighborhood.

Darlene Campbell was last seen on June 18 in the 300 block of East 28th Street. At the time of her disappearance, she was described as wearing a white and gold turban, a white shirt, and colorful khakis.

On June 29, Campbell's remains were discovered inside a building located in the 1900 block of Greenmount Avenue. Authorities have since transported her remains to the Medical Examiner’s Office, where an autopsy is scheduled to determine the cause of death.
