ELKTON, Md. — Authorities have apprehended two men in connection with a significant drug trafficking operation in Cecil County.
Kevin Johnson, 42, and Tony Griffin, 41, are both facing numerous felony drug charges. According to investigators, the pair was allegedly preparing to distribute cocaine throughout the county, utilizing various residences and storage units to conceal their drugs.
After monitoring their activities, law enforcement officials obtained search warrants targeting three homes, a vehicle in Cecil County, and a storage unit located in Delaware.
During the execution of these warrants, police confiscated five kilograms of cocaine, 44.56 grams of crystal methamphetamine, and a semi-automatic firearm.
Both men were arrested on July 10 without any incidents. The investigation into this drug operation is ongoing.
