BALTIMORE — Authorities are investigating a tragic multi-vehicle accident that occurred Saturday night in Northwest Baltimore, resulting in the death of a woman.
Police responded to the scene at the intersection of Liberty Heights Avenue and Wabash Avenue, where two vehicles were found with extensive damage.
According to officials, a 45-year-old woman was pronounced dead at the scene. Another person involved in the crash, whose identity has not yet been disclosed, suffered serious injuries and was transported to a local hospital for medical care.
The investigation is ongoing and has been taken over by the Crash Team, as authorities work to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
