Captain James Landing Terminal and Crab House, located on Aliceanna Street in Fells Point, has been forced to shut down indefinitely following a fire that broke out early Sunday morning.
A notice from the Baltimore City Health Department was seen posted at the entrance, indicating the closure of the outdoor waterfront dining area.
However, the adjacent Captain James Seafood Palace Restaurant, known for its distinctive ship-like architecture on Boston Street, remains operational.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation, and attempts to contact both the management of Captain James and the Baltimore City Fire Department have not yielded any responses as of the time of this report.
