Anne Arundel County firefighters demonstrated their teamwork and skill on Tuesday afternoon by rescuing a dog that had become trapped in a well in Crownsville.
Fire crews from several stations, including West Annapolis, Crownsville, Jones Station, and Severn, collaborated in the effort to bring the dog, named Andy, to safety.
According to a post on social media from the Anne Arundel County firefighters, the dog was successfully brought to the surface and is currently in good health.
The firefighters credited their Special Operations Division for their expertise in executing the rescue.
