BALTIMORE — A significant fire erupted in a rowhome in the Reservoir Hill area on Sunday afternoon, prompting a swift response from the Baltimore City Fire Department (BCFD).

Firefighters were alerted to the blaze at 12:20 p.m. at 2515 Brookfield Avenue. Upon arrival, officials quickly assessed the situation and determined that additional support was necessary, leading to the declaration of a second alarm just five minutes later. A third alarm was issued shortly thereafter at 12:41 p.m.

During the operation, multiple dogs were successfully rescued from the burning structure. Fortunately, there were no injuries reported among residents or fire personnel.

The fire was brought under control by 1:04 p.m., allowing crews to focus on ensuring the safety of the area and assessing the damage.
