A disturbance approaching from the west will intersect an
increasingly humid airmass this evening.

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central to northeast Maryland, including the
following areas, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Cecil, and Harford
Counties including the City of Baltimore.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM EDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- A developing area of showers and thunderstorms will move into
an increasingly humid airmass this evening. This, combined
with recent rainfall, may result in flooding particularly in
urban areas.
