The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) is currently looking into a shooting that took place in the Southwest District on June 30.
Officers responded to a ShotSpotter alert around 8:38 p.m. in the 2100 block of Vine Street. Upon arrival, they found evidence indicating a shooting had occurred.
Shortly thereafter, police were informed that a teenager had arrived at a local hospital seeking treatment for gunshot wounds.
At the hospital, authorities confirmed that the victim, a 15-year-old boy, was receiving care for injuries that were not life-threatening.
