Baltimore County authorities are conducting an investigation into a tragic motorcycle accident that resulted in a fatality in the Mays Chapel neighborhood.
Emergency responders were dispatched to the intersection of West Timonium Road and Pine Valley Drive following reports of a motorcycle collision. Upon arrival, they found that the motorcycle rider had succumbed to injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Baltimore County Crash Team is currently examining the circumstances surrounding the accident to determine its cause.
This incident marks the second deadly crash reported in Baltimore County on Friday. Earlier in the day, officers responded to a separate collision in Perry Hall that resulted in one death and left another individual in critical condition.
