At approximately 10:00 p.m. on June 26, a 47-year-old man walked into a hospital seeking medical attention for a gunshot wound.

According to the Baltimore Police Department, the victim sustained a non-life-threatening injury. Officers were dispatched to the hospital to investigate the situation further.

Detectives from the Northern District shooting unit took over the inquiry and determined that the shooting took place in the 2900 block of N. Edgecombe Circle.

A crime lab technician was observed collecting evidence at the scene to assist with the ongoing investigation.
