A shooting incident in Southeast Baltimore resulted in the death of a man early Tuesday morning. Police responded to a call around 12:14 a.m. and arrived at the 3400 block of Leverton Street, where they discovered the victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
The injured man was transported to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, but he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival. The Baltimore Police Department's homicide unit is currently investigating the case.
