BALTIMORE — The final day of the AFRAM 50 festival is set for Sunday, with new attendance regulations in place.
Mayor Brandon Scott, alongside the Baltimore Police Department, has introduced a requirement for all attendees under the age of 18 to be accompanied by an adult at all times during the event.
AFRAM, which takes place at Druid Hill Park, will run from noon until 9 PM today. The festival features performances from notable artists including Chlöe Bailey, Charlie Wilson, and Dru Hill.
