BALTIMORE — Homicide detectives from the Baltimore Police Department are asking for the public's assistance in identifying suspects involved in a fatal shooting that occurred in October 2025.
On the evening of October 20, around 10:30 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 1000 block of Cameron Road following reports of gunfire.
Upon their arrival, they discovered two victims, a man and a woman, both suffering from gunshot wounds. Emergency medical personnel transported the man to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. The woman was also taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
The deceased has been identified as 35-year-old Stephen Phillips. The injured woman is 31 years old.
Authorities have indicated that suspects connected to the incident were captured on surveillance video and are seeking information from the community to aid in their investigation.
