The Baltimore Police Department is actively seeking the public's help in identifying a driver and vehicle linked to a tragic shooting incident that occurred last month.
On June 10, at approximately 10:10 p.m., officers responded to the 1800 block of North Payson Street following a ShotSpotter alert indicating gunfire in the area. Upon their arrival, they discovered three individuals suffering from gunshot wounds.
The victims included a 20-year-old woman and two men, both aged 22. Emergency medical personnel transported the injured to nearby hospitals for treatment. Unfortunately, one of the men, identified as Rashard Howell, was later pronounced dead.
As of now, the 20-year-old woman is reported to be in stable condition, while the second man remains in critical condition.
Investigators believe that the driver of a specific vehicle may have been involved in the shooting. Authorities are urging anyone with information regarding this case to reach out to Homicide detectives at 410-396-2100 or contact Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7Lockup.
