Baltimore Police are investigating a disturbing incident that occurred early last week, involving the assault of a 74-year-old man outside a 7-Eleven store.
The attack took place on July 7 at approximately 3:46 a.m. in the 2500 block of Liberty Heights Avenue, situated in the Liberty Square area of north Baltimore.
According to police reports, the suspects, described as younger males, attempted to rob the elderly victim. Surveillance footage released by authorities shows one individual brandishing a gray assault-style rifle, while another is seen wielding a sword. The video also captures the suspects throwing various items at the victim during the assault.
