Remains Discovered in Middle River Identified as Missing New Jersey Woman

Authorities in Baltimore County have confirmed that human remains discovered in a creek bed along Back River are those of Kimberly Gordon, a 26-year-old woman from New Jersey who had been reported missing.

The remains were located on July 17 in an area near State Route 702 and Interstate 695, and were described by police as being in a state of significant decomposition.

Gordon was last seen on June 21 around 2 p.m. behind the Sky Zone trampoline park on Pulaski Highway. At the time of her disappearance, she was driving a white 2024 Hyundai Elantra, which was marked with a “wide-load” sign and featured stickers displaying her name and phone number.

Investigators have indicated that Gordon may have been involved in a vehicle accident on the day she went missing, which could have resulted in a head injury. The exact circumstances surrounding her death remain unclear as the investigation continues.
