At 903 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Middle River,
moving northeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Damaging winds will cause some trees and large branches to
fall. This could injure those outdoors, as well as damage
homes and vehicles. Roadways may become blocked by downed
trees. Localized power outages are possible. Unsecured
light objects may become projectiles.

Locations impacted include...
Middle River, Aberdeen, Havre De Grace, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Bel
Air South, Essex, Bel Air North, Carney, Perry Hall, Rossville, White
Marsh, Fallston, Bowleys Quarters, Riverside, Hampton, Kingsville,
Pleasant Hills, Jarrettsville, Perryman, and Edgewood.

building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
