The Baltimore Police Department is conducting an investigation following a shooting incident that occurred early in the morning on June 13.

At around 4:54 a.m., officers were dispatched to the 3400 block of Fairmount Avenue in the Southeast District after receiving reports of gunfire.

Upon their arrival, law enforcement found a 28-year-old male victim who had sustained gunshot wounds to his lower body. He was promptly transported to a local hospital, where he is reported to be in stable condition.

The investigation into the shooting has been taken over by detectives from the Southeast District.
