Responsible for shift task assignment in Access to ensure the optimal utilization of staff resources to maximize use of available bed capacity for Towson and Baltimore Washington acute care inpatient psychiatric beds. Under the supervision of the Manager of Access, position functions as the shift communication point between bed manager, screening providers, and access coordinators. Assists Manager of Access with orientation of new Access Coordinators.
