Our client, a fast-growing and dynamic distribution company, is seeking a motivated Administrative & Accounting Support Specialist who is eager to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility. This is an ideal role for someone with strong administrative skills who wants to develop deeper experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting operations.

You will work directly with and support a highly engaged VP of Finance, gaining hands-on exposure to the financial backbone of a thriving organization.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the VP Finance and broader operations teamAssist with AP processing, vendor management, invoice entry, and payment schedulingSupport AR activities, including cash application, customer follow-up, and maintaining accurate recordsHelp maintain organized financial files, documentation, and internal controlsCoordinate internal communications, scheduling, and general office supportContribute to process improvements as the company continues to scaleTake on additional accounting tasks as skills develop—this role is designed for growthIdeal Candidate Profile

Strong administrative or office support experience; distribution or operations environment a plusInterest in developing accounting skills—AP/AR exposure is helpful but not requiredHighly organized, detail-oriented, and proactiveComfortable working in a fast-paced, growing companyStrong communication skills and a team-first mindsetTech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office; accounting software experience is a bonus
