Aesthetic Nurse

K. Stewart Beauty and Wellness is Baltimore's premier boutique Medspa in Harbor East, Baltimore. As a fast-growing laser and lifestyle Medspa, we seek a super-talented and enthusiastic aesthetic nurse injector to join our team. Our ideal candidate must be a licensed RN or Nurse Practitioner with a minimum of 3 years of experience with aesthetic treatments.


Position Summary: We seek a motivated RN/NP passionate about the aesthetic industry to join our team. A minimum of 2 years of experience in plastics/aesthetics is required. This position reports to the Medical Director and the Director of Clinical Operations.


Job Duties
This position performs non-invasive services and treatments, including but not limited to laser treatments, neurotoxins, and weight loss management.
Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:



Performs treatments in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.
Establishes and maintains rapport with clients to ensure overall customer service satisfaction.
Evaluate the client's suitability for all available services/treatments and perform treatments that same day.
Pursues opportunities to educate clients on additional services.
Educate clients on all treatment processes, including pre and post-treatment care guidelines.
Annotate and post appropriate information and maintain accurate client treatment records/data in the client's medical chart.
Sustain proficiency through continuous education and training.
Collaborate with sales and operational teams to achieve company goals.
Travel between clinics as necessary.
All other duties as assigned.
Active Nurse Practitioner license in Maryland must be in good standing.
Relevant industry experience preferred.
Proficient with personal computers and contemporary software applications (Google Docs, MS Office Suite
Warm and welcoming bedside manner.
Ability to complete detailed paperwork.
Exceptional teamwork skills.
Maintains professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Ability to meet U.S. employment and eligibility requirements.

Job Requirements

Must have an active license ( RN or NP) for the State of Maryland
Customer Service skills and interpersonal skills are a must.
Must be efficient/ meticulous and have attention to detail
Must consistently interact in a manner that is friendly, supportive, respectful, and cooperative with co-workers and physicians
Have the ability to learn complex issues of medicine and laser physics and interpret them in a way patients can understand.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
