Apartment Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of maintenance experience and be motivated, reliable, and growth-oriented. This role is responsible for addressing maintenance and service needs at a multifamily residential property, with the goal of maximizing resident satisfaction, property efficiency, and overall quality of life.


Responsibilities:



Complete maintenance service requests in a timely and professional manner
Perform basic repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance troubleshooting, carpentry, and drywall repair
Communicate effectively with the Property Manager and Service Manager
Assist with unit turns (make-readies) to ensure units are move-in ready
Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
Maintain an organized and clean maintenance shop
Collaborate with team members and support one another as needed
Provide excellent customer service to residents
Manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks appropriately
Proactively identify and address potential maintenance issues

Requirements:



Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience (preferred)
General knowledge of construction and property maintenance
Reliable transportation
Must provide own hand tools
