Back Server

Bethesda Country Club is hiring Back Servers to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. The Back Servers will assist Servers in executing steps of service set forth by the Club. This includes anticipating member & guest needs and providing a memorable dining experience. Back Server Essential Functions:

Provide immediate attention to all members/guests upon seating, which includes bread and water serviceDeliver food & beverage to the tableRemove soiled dishes from the tableClean and re-set tables and chairsPolish silverware and glasswareMaintain a clean working environment and server stationRefill ice for the barSet up and take down bread station and beverage stationHave a working knowledge of the menuAbility to follow instructions as givenBack Server Requirements:

Ability to lift items frequently throughout the dayWork in a team environmentAbility to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysAttention to detail and pride in keeping the workplace clean and tidyWork in a fast-paced environmentAbility to stand and walk for 4 hoursAbility to work inside or outside in cold or heat
