We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The Carpenter will be responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining structures and fixtures made of wood and other materials. This role requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials according to specifications
Construct and install building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes
Install fixtures such as windows, doors, cabinets, and molding
Inspect and replace damaged framework or structures
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches
Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely
Ensure all work complies with building codes and safety regulations
Collaborate with other construction professionals on projects
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a carpenter or similar role
Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods
Ability to read technical documents and drawings
Proficiency with hand and power tools
Good physical condition, stamina, and manual dexterity
High school diploma or equivalent (vocational training preferred)
Valid driver’s license (optional, depending on job site needs)
Preferred Skills:
Experience with residential and/or commercial construction
Basic math and measurement skills

Strong communication and teamwork skills
Work Environment:
On-site construction settings (indoor and outdoor)
