Supports the school system’s Blueprint for Maryland’s Future implementation by overseeing the collection, analysis, and reporting of key performance data. This position is responsible for ensuring data integrity, timely submission of reports, and meaningful interpretation of analytics to drive strategic decisions. In addition, the role includes collaborative work with the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC) to support dual enrollment initiatives, including tracking participation and managing billing processes. Ensures that all initiatives support the system-wide goals identified in the Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS) strategic plan. Performs other duties as assigned.
