Position Overview:
We are currently seeking dependable and motivated Construction Laborers to support transportation, commercial roadway, and building maintenance projects for the MTA in Baltimore. Candidates should have experience in asphalt and concrete work, along with general building maintenance skills. This position requires individuals who are safety-conscious, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Schedule: MondayFriday | 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
Regular overtime
Job Responsibilities:
Perform concrete installation, repair, finishing, and patchworkAssist with asphalt paving, roadway maintenance, and repairsSupport transportation and commercial construction projectsPerform general building maintenance and repair dutiesPrepare and maintain job sites, equipment, and materialsOperate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safelyAssist with loading, unloading, and transporting materialsFollow all MTA safety guidelines and company proceduresComplete assigned tasks efficiently and professionallyWork overtime as needed to meet project demands
Qualifications:
Experience in concrete, asphalt, roadway, or commercial construction preferredBuilding maintenance experience strongly preferredAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditionsAbility to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor dailyReliable transportation and strong attendance requiredAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid drivers license preferred
Physical Requirements:
