9/22 – 10/24: Training (Mon–Thu onsite | Fri virtual)10/27 – 11/14: Nesting (continuation of training)Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ESTRole transitions to remote after successful training

Work Schedule (Post Training):
Rotational shifts between 8 AM – 11 PM (Mon–Fri)Final shift assigned based on business needs
Requirements (Brief):
1+ year of customer service experience (call center / retail / restaurant)Flexibility to work rotational shiftsBasic to intermediate computer proficiency
