As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Stephanie Jameson - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a great fit! You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.Assist customers with policy changes and updates.Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

Communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented and able to multitask.Previous customer service experience preferred.People-oriented.Dedicated to customer serviceAble to learn computer functionsAbility to work in a team environmentBilingual - Spanish a plus but not required

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
