Power Component Systems, Inc. is the leading provider of specialized environmental construction services throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region . Currently perform work in federal, industrial, commercial. institutional, transportation and healthcare facilities throughout MD, DC, VA, DE. As a leader in specialized construction services we are looking for reliable and dependable workers who are able to work any shift as needed. We provide a wide range of services that include interior/exterior demolition, asbestos abatement, lead-based paint treatment, mold remediation, water & fire damage restoration, core drilling, concrete cutting, and a variety of other flooring and surface preparation services.
We have an immediate need In Maryland, Washington DC, and Virginia.
Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age or older.
Authorized to work in the US
Must have a valid drivers license and reliable personal vehicle to get to and from jobsites.
Able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds.
Able to work a 10 hour shift, as required.
Able to work in extreme heat and cold temperatures indoor & outdoors. All weather.
Able to work out of town in all areas of Virginia as required.
Agree to abide by and participate in all PCS Safety programs and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
Able to access federal buildings
1 year of demolition experience or equivalent is preferred
