Join Our Modern Endodontic Office as a Scheduling Coordinator (Full-Time – 4.5 Days/Week)
We’re seeking a full-time Scheduling Coordinator to be the welcoming first point of contact for our patients and referring offices.
At Advanced Root Canal Specialists, you’ll be part of a warm, professional team dedicated to making every patient’s experience smooth and stress-free. Our newly designed, state-of-the-art practice is built on compassion, organization, and a strong sense of teamwork. Unlike many dental offices that are often short-staffed, we’re proud to have a full, well-trained team. This allows us to provide an exceptional patient experience while creating a supportive, balanced environment where our staff can truly enjoy their day-to-day work.
Why Work With Us?
Modern, Purpose-Built Office: A beautiful and organized space designed for both patient comfort and staff efficiency
Supportive, Tight-Knit Team: Work alongside a group that values professionalism, positivity, and mutual respect
Balanced Schedule: Enjoy a 4.5-day workweek—you’ll either open or close the office each day, but never both
Meaningful Impact: Your role will be essential in coordinating care for patients often experiencing pain or discomfort
Competitive Pay and Benefits

Collaborate: Work closely with doctors and assistants to ensure optimal use of clinical time
