Duties
QUALIFICATIONS:
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Public Administration, Aviation Management, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Contract Management, or a related field.
Experience: Five (5) years of professional experience in commercial management, concessions, leasing, contract administration, business development, real estate management, or revenue management at an airport, transportation authority, or similarly complex public or private organization.
Note:
U.S. Armed Forces military service experience as defined under the Minimum Qualifications may be substituted for the required education and experience on a year-for-year basis.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience managing airport non-aeronautical revenue programs and commercial operations.
- Expertise negotiating and administering complex revenue-generating contracts.
- Strong financial, strategic planning, and business development skills.
- Experience implementing technology to improve revenue management and contract compliance.
- Ability to manage large contract portfolios and multiple priorities.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of airport commercial operations and industry best practices.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
