Duties
QUALIFICATIONS:
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Eight (8) years of construction management experience in a supervisory position. Four (4) years of experience managing complex transportation construction programs. Experience leading a large team of construction professionals and consultants in complex construction projects is highly preferred.
The Ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) Certification
- Experience leading large, multidisciplinary construction teams.
- Expertise in managing complex transportation programs.
- Experience in managing capital and operating budgets.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience developing construction polices.
Note:
U.S. Armed Forces military service experience, as defined under the Minimum Qualifications, may be substituted for the required education and experience on a year-for-year basis.Qualifications
